Ramadan: Shema donates 70,000 bags of foodstuffs to muslim

Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema ofKatsina State has donated over 70,000 bags of assorted rice, millets and sugar for onward distribution to Muslims in the state to enable them go through the fasting period with ease. Speaking at a PDP stakeholders’ emergency meeting yesterday, Governor Shema said the commodities are to be shared among Muslims free of charge and that the distribution will commence by Monday next week. He charged members of the distribution committee to have the fear God in the discharge of the duties.
